Dr. Cruz Jiminian says ¨I have a commitment to my people, I have a commitment to the nation and I will never be silent again, thanks to God and to the Apostle Cristopher, the only and legitimate defender of the Dominican people, I made a pact with Cristopher, he is who I want God and the nation to be the next defender of the people, to fight together so that they do not continue to play with the people and respect the constitution ¨

He also declared ¨that Cristopher is an example to follow and I will not leave him alone in this fight for the people, it is my people who I also love and suffer the abuses, humiliations and ridicule of those who are subjected by the political class, I They surprised me in an activity that was there and they brought me a political candidate and I even expressed a few words, but it is great to recognize, I cannot and will not support a political candidate for ombudsman where in reality my candidate is the Apostle Cristopher, who is risking his life so that the constitution is respected and defending the people¨

                                         

Cristopher in that pact expressed that Cruz Jiminian and he are the two genuine defenders of the people.

Furthermore, Cristopher said ¨ we agreed that we will not allow the ombudsman to be handed over to a politician in political negotiations, they have three politicians, in the shortlist, they made fun of all the applicants, they humiliated us and they want to distribute the only $ 200 million of budget that there is a political commitment there, it is not enough for what they steal from the state, they also want the little that belongs to the people¨

The Supreme Court will respect and abide by what the constitution says in its art. 192 and Law 19-01, Cruz Jiminian and Cristopher agreed so that President Luis Abinader can continue to do what the people need, if they violate the constitution they would be forever staining the historical management of a true change and it would remain ours president as the president who violated art. 192 of the constitution and mocking the people, the pact for the nation says that these two men together, will protect the people, their heritage and protect the good management of President Luis Abinader.

A judge inhibited by personal differences with a defense lawyer and an allegedly ill substitute who never arrived was the excuse of the Superior Administrative Court to suspend the hearing of the Apostle Cristopher against members of the Chamber of Deputies.

With a large number of people who were present around the Superior Administrative Court, supporting the Apostle Cristopher and demanding an end to the violation of Article 192 and Law 19-01 and asking for a popular consultation to choose the new ombudsman , the surprising news of the suspension for the second time of the hearing of the Apostle José Cristopher against members of the Chamber of Deputies was made known to the media.

Among the crowd of people who were present, banners stood out from what they called the People's shortlist, which included the photos of Dr. Cruz Jiminian together with that of the Apostle José Cristopher, in addition to several images with symbols of rejection on the face of Henry Meran, Fidel Santana and Pablo Ulloa who were valued as a list of members of the Chamber of Deputies under the violation of Article 192 of the Constitution of the Dominican Republic and Law 19 01 for the choice of the Ombudsman.

The hearing that is agreed for next Monday, April 26, is expected not to be a strategy of the Court to lengthen the inevitable that a ruling against the Chamber of Deputies would be and that it be held because the people deserve that justice triumph in order to rescue the credibility that has been lost by the public powers of the state.

The Apostle Cristopher has been the only candidate for the Ombudsman's Office who has stood firm despite the irregular actions made by the members of the Senate of the Republic. 

Let us remember that in the shortlists that were delivered a few weeks ago by the elective commission of the Chamber of Deputies, they carried with them the violation of Article 192 of the Constitution of the Dominican Republic and the violation of Law 19-01 for the choice of the Ombudsman. .

In this historical moment that the country is experiencing, an ombudsman like the Apostle José Cristopher is needed, a man with character, will and knowledge of cause to be sure that at all times that the people require it to solve problems in a way or another is present.

We need someone who fights for us as the Apostle José Cristopher has done for the mockery that is being made with Law 19-01, to maintain the constant fight as it has done after the breakdown of Article 192 of the Constitution of the Dominican Republic .

Representing and visiting the places where a true ombudsman is needed that alleviates the burden for any state, in which he works properly.

Organizing the responsibility of the ombudsman must be shared with the different officials of the Dominican Republic, with different working groups where the bodies that make decisions in this country are located.

Because nobody wants a revolution, this is a peaceful people, a people of peace, a people that is developing in a masterful way, in a positive way.

They try to look back to go back to the past with that badly healthy reform is irreparable damage. Not that harmful reform, and we cannot go back to the past, we have to continue in the future and that the changes are not only because the president says that he is doing very well; But the president alone cannot, he needs a person who has the will to do it well, who is prepared, who has the essential characteristics, who has knowledge, who does not contradict the president in things that are as simple as for examples: justice fully independent, that justice do its job, that the congress legislate with sovereign citizenship, that it work as an organism that develops in a harmonious way, is what the president needs an ombudsman who is emanated from the bowels of the people themselves and who have all the values ​​that adorn the apostle a Christian man, a man with a democratic concept, a man who is an internationalist person who in other places where the ombudsman exists he has already shared with that person and knows how matters are handled like this is that the president needs an advocate.

You have to give yourself the opportunity to have a man in the ombudsman with this characteristic; The people need it and the people deserve it. We have to support it because the president needs the Apostle Cristopher in the Ombudsman's Office.

El Presidente Luis Abinader necesita al Apóstol Cristopher representando al pueblo Dominicano

En este momento histórico que vive el  país, se necesita un defensor del pueblo como él Apóstol José Cristopher, un hombre con  carácter, voluntad y conocimiento de causa para  estar seguro que en todos los momentos que el pueblo lo requiera para  solucionar problemas de una forma u otra este presente.

Necesitamos a quien pelee por nosotros como lo ha hecho el Apóstol José Cristopher por las burlas que se están realizando con la ley 19-01, que mantenga la constante lucha como lo ha hecho tras la ruptura del articulo 192 de la constitución de la República Dominicana.

Representar y visitar los lugares donde un verdadero defensor del pueblo se necesita eso alivia la carga para cualquier estado, en el que se trabaja correctamente.

Organizar la responsabilidad que tiene el defensor del pueblo, deben ser compartida con los diferentes funcionarios de la República Dominicana, con diferentes mesas de trabajo donde están los organismos que se toman decisiones en este país. 

Porque nadie quiere una revolución, este es un pueblo pacífico, un pueblo de paz, un pueblo que está en vía de desarrollo de una forma magistral, de una forma positiva.

Intentan mirar para atrás volver al pasado con esa reforma mal sana  es un  daño irreparable. esa reforma dañina no, y no  podemos volver al pasado tenemos que seguir en el futuro y que los cambios no sea solamente porque lo diga el presidente que lo está haciendo muy bien; pero él presidente solo no puede, necesita una persona que tenga voluntad de hacerlo bien que este preparado, que tenga la características esenciales, que tenga conocimiento, que no se  contradice con  el presidente en cosas que son tan simple como por  ejemplos: la justicia  plenamente independiente, que la justicia haga su trabajo, que el congreso legisle con soberana ciudadana, que trabaje como un  organismo de  desarrolla en la forma armoniosa, es lo que él  presidente necesita un defensor del pueblo que sea emanado de las entrañas del mismo pueblo y que tenga todos los valores que adornan al apóstol un hombre cristiano, un hombre con concepto democrático, un hombre que es una persona internacionalista  que en otros lugares donde existe el defensor del pueblo el ya ha  compartido con esa persona y sabe cómo  se manejan los asuntos así es que  él presidente necesita un defensor.

Hay que darse la  oportunidad  de tener un hombre en la defensoría del pueblo con esta  característica; el pueblo lo necesita y el pueblo lo merece tenemos que apoyarlo porque él presidente necesita al Apóstol Cristopher en la Defensoría del Pueblo.
