The ombudsman, Apóstol Cristopher, calls on President Abinader to confront the scam dealers with a heavy hand and joins the investigation of Journalist Nuria Piera.

           

The Apostle José Cristopher called on the President of the Republic Luis Abinader to confront with a heavy hand the dealer mafia that are defrauding the Dominican people.

The call for attention is made by the Apostle Cristopher after the investigation carried out by the respected journalist Nuria Piera, who in recent days was behind these events in which one of those who appeared as the owner of Peach auto import is behind bars in Najayo men serving their sentence for the crime of fraud.

                     

Currently the issue has regained strength when it was discovered that the dealer YANKEE MOTORS IMPORT SRL RNC 130944148, located at Calle Costa Rica No. 66 Ensanche Osama Santo Domingo Este, is being sued for the crime of criminal association and it is presumed that the owner of this dealer Joel Alejandro Payano is the leader of this criminal gang that has been in charge of scamming and damaging the image of reputable citizens.

          

The open and ongoing case for the crime of criminal association against YANKEE MOTORS IMPORT S.R.L RNC 130944148, seeks a 20-year sentence against its representative Joel Alejandro Payano.
